The exercise they put those poor people through is so idiotic and
dangerous it boggles my mind. Standing on an overweight woman’s legs
while she is doing a wall sit? Brilliant!
From Tracy Anderson is a lie:
According to Anderson, as your muscles weaken, you need to target your
arms. Huh? As my body weakens I should target my arms? That large
muscle group to help me build more muscle and burn more fat, clearly.
